PT Karya Bahana Berlian is looking for a passionate and driven Industrial Engineer who is ready to make an impact in manufacturing excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze opportunities for continuous improvement within production lines, especially in seat cover manufacturing processes, to enhance overall operational performance.
- Conduct comprehensive cycle time analysis, with a strong focus on bottleneck identification and line balancing optimization for seat cover assembly and sewing processes.
- Develop and implement structured action plans to address product defects, ensuring quality standards are maintained and continuously improved, particularly for seat cover products.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional departments (production, quality, engineering) to resolve production line issues effectively.
- Ensure assigned projects are executed smoothly in accordance with customer timelines, including planning and calculating required resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials for seat cover production lines.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant fields
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Understanding of seat cover production processes (cutting, sewing, assembly) will be an added advantage
