PT. TRUSCO NAKAYAMA INDONESIA
PT. TRUSCO NAKAYAMA INDONESIA is a specialized trading company
that procures PRO TOOL from suppliers and sells them to machinery tool dealers, online shopping, home centers, and other customers.
We are looking for creative, discipline, work hard person with following position;
IMPORT STAFF
REQUIREMENTS;
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Understand international trade, taxation, freight forwarding, logistic & shipping.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
- Preferably specialized in Export & Import with min. 2 years of experience.
- Proficient in English both written & spoken.
- Analytical/ problem solving skill.
- Good communication & interpersonal skill.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Checking all import document before and after shipment arrive.
- EXIM activities including preparation, process, licensing and analyze lead time of the process.
- Manage relationship with customer & vendor.
- Knowledgeable PIB information.
- Problem solving for import issue.
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure all charges and custom are billed correctly.
- Maintaining a database for import shipment and report to management.
- Processing claims on import shortages and overages.
- Handling other report to government agency related with import, licenses & facilities.
