Job description for Import PIB at PT. Nippon Express Indonesia

Qualification:

Male
Bachelor ‘s degree in any major (or Transportation and Aviation Management is prefered )
Discipline, Honest, meticulous, responsible and have high loyalty
Minimum 2 years experience in PPJK/Importir company
Excellent Ms Office Skills
Must be understand Import and Customs regulations and PIB Import Documents and also PIB transfers
Able to work in a team or individually and able to work under pressure
Domicile in Tangerang, Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi

Job Description:

Ensure import procedures and documents comply with applicable regulations.
Process Document PIB, Able to create PIB and use EDI to transfer data
Responsible for customs clearance processes
Can Use the New CIESA 4.0 System
Understand the applicable PMK and be able to manage goods subject to Lartas & PI
Can determine HS codes for goods to be imported
Communication with related departments (import CS, Manifest, traffic and external parties BC)
