We Are Hiring – Export & Import Staff
PT King Trading is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Export & Import Staff to support our international trade and shipping operations.
Responsibilities
Handle and prepare all export–import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, COO, BL/AWB, PEB, PIB, and other required permits, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company standards.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, suppliers, buyers, and internal teams for shipment arrangements and shipping requirements.
Monitor shipment schedules, ensure timely dispatch, and track cargo status until arrival.
Maintain organized and accurate EXIM documentation records for audit and internal control.
Resolve issues related to customs clearance, missing documents, or shipment delays.
Stay updated on export–import regulations and support internal teams (production, finance, warehouse) with shipping and logistics needs.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Export–Import operations (manufacturing experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of export–import procedures and customs documentation.
Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple parties.
Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Proficient in email communication and basic computer applications (Excel, Word).
Able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Basic to intermediate English communication skills (written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail with logical thinking skills
