Requirements
- Able to communicate in English (written & spoken)
- Understanding of import administrative procedures
- Experience in import/export is preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Able to work independently and in a team
Job Responsibilities
- Handle import documentation and administration
- Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and related parties
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely processing
- Maintain accurate records and reports
