We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Import Admin to join our team.

Requirements

  • Able to communicate in English (written & spoken)
  • Understanding of import administrative procedures
  • Experience in import/export is preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
  • Able to work independently and in a team

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle import documentation and administration
  • Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and related parties
  • Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely processing
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
