PT Pejuang Indonesia Cerdas is looking for talented and passionate Illustrators to help expand a fantasy-anime-inspired world that empowers Indonesia’s brightest young learners to explore science.

Job Description:
- Produce high-quality illustrations for characters, environments, items, guilds, and promotional visuals in the anime-fantasy style (inspired by Genshin Impact, Frieren, or Blue Protocol)
- Work with the creative team to visualize stories, educational missions, and world-building elements of Pejuang OSN Universe
- Design key visuals, icons, badges, and posters for campaigns, events, and in-game elements
- Collaborate remotely with writers, designers, and art directors to maintain stylistic consistency
- Deliver work punctually based on clear briefs and feedback rounds
Requirements:
- Proficient in digital illustration software such as Clip Studio Paint, Adobe Photoshop, or Procreate
- Strong ability to draw in anime or semi-realistic fantasy styles (mandatory)
- A solid portfolio showcasing relevant artwork (anime, fantasy, or game-inspired pieces)
- Familiarity with Figma is required (asset organization, layout visualization, and team collaboration)
- Understanding of color theory, anatomy, perspective, and composition
- Open to feedback and iteration during the creative process
- Can work independently and manage multiple briefs at once
Work Arrangement & Compensation:
- Flexible remote work (part-time or freelance, depending on project needs) with 1-2 WFO
- Payment based on project scope and deliverables (freelance) or fixed monthly compensation with recurring assignments (part-time)
- Opportunities for long-term collaboration or transition to full-time for top performers
