Job description for IELTS Tutor at One Third Consulting and Abroad: OTCA
We are currently looking for an IELTS Tutor who is not only capable of teaching, but also committed to helping students achieve real results.
Location : Online (Remote)
🎯 Responsibilities:
1. Deliver IELTS classes (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening)
2. Guide students to achieve their target scores (minimum improvement of 0.5–1 band)
3. Provide detailed feedback and evaluations, especially for Writing & Speaking
4. Monitor and track student progress
5. Collaborate with the CRM team to ensure a smooth and effective student journey
✅ Requirements:
1. Minimum IELTS score of 7.5 (mandatory)
2. Prior experience teaching IELTS is preferred
3. Strong ability to explain concepts clearly, structurally, and in an engaging way
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Disciplined, responsible, and target-oriented
6. Passionate about education and student development
