Minimum D4 / Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields

- Relevant experience or academic exposure in the respective area

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Willing to work on-site in Surabaya

- Willing to work in shifts, if required
