Job description for ID - Sourcing Executive at Eezee Ptd Ltd

Job Descriptions:

Oversee procurement of MRO and non-MRO products (Spare parts, Machines, Tools, Service Maintenance, Pantry items, Office supplies, IT equipment, agricultural tools, electronics, etc.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure the best terms
Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods
Collaborate with internal departments to understand and meet their purchasing needs

Qualifications and Skills:

2-3 years experience in purchasing MRO or non-MRO products
In-depth understanding of the procurement process (Sourcing, Negotiation, Delivery Schedule)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
Team player who can also work independently
