Job Vacancy: HR Generalist (recruitment focus)

Position Overview

We are looking for a versatile and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. While this role covers standard HR Generalist functions, the primary focus will be on end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing business needs, particularly within the F&B sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and professional networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • SOP Management: Developing, reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all company departments.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and labor regulations.
  • Generalist Support: Assist in other HR functions including performance appraisals, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Recruitment Staff.
  • Proven experience in recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bonus Point: Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Hospitality industry.
  • Able to join as soon as possible
