Job description for Human Resources Lead at MOI Group
- Male/Female.
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Have work experience in human resources or related fields for a minimum of 2 years and have served as a team leader.
- Minimum S1 graduate, preferably from the fields of Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Business Administration.
- Able to use ERP support software.
- Familiar with using Google Drive and Google Sheets (including formulas in it).
- Able to lead the team to achieve the company's goals.
- Willing to be placed in the HQ.

- Responsible for a lot of the administrative functions, such as plan, directing, and coordinating the administrative functions of an organization.
- Make sure everything is running smoothly, from the day-to-day responsibilities of everyone in the office to managing a small administrative staff.
- Maintain employees’ records including their individual insurance records and all other pertinent business information should also be on file.
- Help provide management guidance to managers, making sure that dept and teams are as healthy and functional as possible.
- Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff such as advertising open positions, interviewing and hiring candidates, and setting aside hours devoted to training the new recruits.
- Payroll comes under the responsibilities of the human resource office.
- Consult with top executives on strategic planning and serve as a link between an organization’s management and its employees.
