Job description for Human Resources (HR) at Bp Lawyers
- Manage for all activity and administrative Human Resource
- Process HR administration including personnel administration, attendance report, training and recruitment
- In charge of the whole recruitment process by working closely with management to understand and meet recruiting demands.
- Supporting and monitoring to create, plan and consult on each function’s KPI department/division.
- Supporting to manage job analysis, evaluation and job description as as job grading
- Analyze performance of the staff and provide development opportunities for staff. Ensure annual goals are complete and communicated.
- Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Ensured compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.
- Must possess at Least Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Min. 1 years of experience in Human Resource (HR) or a related field.
- Understand the job cycle of personnel, Employment Law and maintenance of personnel.
- Have working experience OD & Assessment field (Job Description, KPI, etc)
- Strong Excellent analytical skills, conceptual skill and relationship management skills;
- Strategic thinking with an ability to leverage business sense, creative problem-solving skills and sense of prioritization when resolving issues;
- Strong time management and prioritization skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels, including presentation skills and communication in English – both verbal and written (more preferable); and
- Technology Proficiency not just Microsoft Office.
