Job description for Human Resources Generalist at Pt Bhakti Idola Tama
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Have minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Generalist.
- Outstanding English skill, both oral and written.
- Excellent communication skills and highly organized person.
- Superior interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.
- Strong people skill and negotiation skill.
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations would be an advantage.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support.
- Compile and update employee records.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc).
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Screen, Shortlist and conduct interview.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
