Job description for Human Resources Business Partner - Entry/Experienced/Managerial at Homebase Vietnam
- Lead the recruitment process to hire top-tier talents from respective fields;
- Lead the Company’s overall operations of the Human Resources and People team;
- Set comprehensive HR strategies and goals for the Company, including running OKRs and performance reviews;
- Lead initiatives to build an employee-oriented, high-performance culture;
- Attract and retain talent, and develop employees and leaders through Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives;
- Align goals, policies, and objectives of the Company;
- Work closely with both managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
- Measure the performance of the Human Resources and People team by generating reports and tracking metrics that communicate functional impact;
- Promote ethical and cultural awareness throughout the Company through trainings and consultations;
- Devise and implement performance improvement plans;
- Keep up-to-date with new trends, strategies, and employment laws related to human resources; and apply this knowledge to the Company in order to improve current practices.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier local or international university with excellent academic standing;
- Demonstrated leadership skills;
- Proven track record in people development and culture building with at least 2 years of experience in an HR role;
- Passionate about the HR field and how to recruit, engage, and equip employees for success;
- Experience with the hiring process (from screening to on-boarding) and event organizing. Prior knowledge pertaining to building company/organization culture, C&Bs, and performance management (running performance review cycles) is a plus;
- Highly analytical and able to measure HR functional performance quantitatively through tracking relevant metrics;
- Familiarity with HR ATS Systems (E.g. Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, Bullhorn, etc.) is a plus;
- Good knowledge of local labor laws (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance).
- Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership in written and oral English and Vietnamese.
