• Develop short-term and long-term work plans related to provide optimal job functions.
• Develop a budget plan for Human Resources needs in accordance with company needs.
• Develop and carry out Employee and Organization Development program.
• Oversee the use of company budgets for all labor expenses and personnel expenses.
