Job description for Human Resources Administrator at Awor Coffee
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Communication, or related field from reputable university.
- Able to work on site at Yogyakarta
- Able to build relationship and work well across multiple department
- Great understanding of HR operations and labor laws
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and navigate ambiguity in a fast paced start up environtment whilts maintaining a high level of data accuracy
- Self motivated with the ability to adapt and grow, as the business continues to expand
- Have at least 6 (six) months of experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and update personnel files, ensuring all documents, such as employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and benefit enrollment forms, are accurate and up to date
- Collect, organize, and manage employee data, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations, in a secure and confidential manner.
- Assist in the onboarding process and coordinate offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Support employees in benefit enrollment, respond to benefit-related inquiries, and collaborate with external providers to ensure accurate benefit administration.
- Collaborate with the finance department to provide necessary data for payroll processing, including hours worked, leaves, and any relevant payroll changes.
- Maintain accurate and organized HR records, both physical and electronic, to facilitate easy retrieval and reporting.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure HR processes and documentation comply with legal requirements.
- Along with Human Resources Manager, build systems, develop key performance indicators, create company regulations, and prepare other necessary documents for the Company.
