PT Orthocare Indonesia is seeking an experienced Human Resource professional to join our team in PIK, North Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s Human Resource functions while also providing strategic insight to support our growth and long-term success
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage training and career development programs to improve employee skills and engagement.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across various departments.
- Enhance HR operational efficiency through automation and data-driven practices.
- Administer and monitor compensation, benefits, and disciplinary systems.
- Implement and manage performance and productivity tracking systems.
- Develop and enforce company-wide HR policies and SOP.
- Foster a strong organizational culture and manage employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS platforms (e.g., Dingtalk).
- Execute strategic HR planning aligned with business goals.
- Oversee and improve the performance appraisal process across all departments.
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 35 years
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a comprehensive HR role (experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, HR policies, and compliance-related matters
- Proficient in using HRIS platforms such as Dingtalk, payroll, or attendance systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively across all employee levels
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
Workdays from Monday to Saturday.
Work placement will be in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
