Job description for Human Resource Officer at Prestisa
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
- Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals

- Proven experience in Human Resources at least 1 year

- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Able to work in Bekasi (on-site / hybrid)
