Job description for Human Resource Intern at Kalapa Technology
Current final-year students majoring in Information Technology, Human Resource Management (HRM), Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or other relevant fields.
Minimum requirement: Final-year students (with no in-person classes scheduled Monday through Friday).
Able to participate in an internship lasting 3 to 6 months.
Able to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team.
Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
Have a basic understanding of Human Capital.
Possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), including data processing, the use of formulas/lookup functions, and pivot tables.
Meticulous and detail-oriented in managing data.
The ability to create designs using Canva or other design applications is a plus.
