As we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Human Resources team.
About the Role
This position is ideal for final-year students and fresh graduates who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain practical experience. You will receive hands-on training across various HR functions while working closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Prepare employment documents, including PKWT, PKWTT, and other HR letters.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS, and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, payroll, and BPJS administration.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and training programmes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labour regulations.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Final-year student or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
