Job description for Human Resource Business Partner at PT Surya Digital Teknologi
- Structuring Compensation & Benefit packages, planning, and evaluating HR Budget
- Work closely with the C-level to give recommendation about strategies, policies, and practices
- Industrial relations, such as planning company's policy related to employment based on legislation applied, identifying regulations changes in government policy related to company's employment, managing company's employment policies and make sure it complies with government regulations, managing and recording company's employment policies in a neat and timeliness manner, acting as a liaison officer between company's employment policy department with Ministry of Labour or other related government authorities, and managing dispute or complaints from employees related to employment policy
- Employee relations, such as improving, and monitoring employee productivity, and improving relations between staff, and employers
- Training & development, such as making Training Need Analysis, arranging training schedule regularly, training report, and managing Performance Appraisal
- Overseeing recruitment activities
- Work as part of a team in Human Resource Department
- Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
- Follow industry best practices
- 3 - 5 years of experience as Human Resource
- Graduated from Psychology or Law is preffered
- Has experience in Start-Up or Digital Agency environment
- Ability to lead HR team
- Able to communicate in English at actively is required
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work
- Ability to adapt in VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) environment
- Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM – 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)
- Total 33 days of holidays, 5 days more than Indonesia's
