Job description for Human Resource & General Affair at PT Citra Sandang Sukses
Responsibilities:
- Report to Director.
- Plan, create, develop, and implement Human Resource (HR) program and strategy in line with company business plan and strategy.
- Monitor and control all HR policies, procedure and process are running well.
- Handle and manage end-to-end all of HR function and administration (attendance, overtime, annual lieave, etc).
- Build and maintain good relationship with external parties related with HR matters.
- Handle and manage import process, licenses and shipment.
- Negotiation and communication with Agent to arrange import delivery schedules and process.
- Handle and manage procurement process at goods and services, and other office administration.
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old.
- A Bachelor Degree in Management (Human Resource), Psychology or Law from reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Have strong knowledge in HR process, best practices, government regulation, and labor law.
- Experience in similar role/position minimum 3 years.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet established deadline.
- Have good analytical and critical thinking, addaptive, and people-oriented.
- Able to handle data with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and deal with people at all levels professionally.
- Should be proactive and self-motivated team leader.
- Have a good attitude, honesty, role-model and discipline.
- Fluency in English both verbal and written is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
