Job description for Human Capital Staff at Kalbis Institute
- Manage employee databases such as attendance, leave, and overtime and others related to HRIS
- Maintain, manage and process the employee matter-related claims and requests, e.g. overtime claims, annual leave requests, medical claims
- Ensure that employee data is properly stored and updated in a timely manner
- Support required document and administrative process related to recruitment or employee database
- Contract monitoring and performance evaluation
- Make regular work reports regarding activities in Human Capital
- Other operational human capital functions such as recruitment, training, administrative work, performance management, compensation & benefit, etc
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics/Finance/Accountancy/Psychology/ Human Resource Management, or equivalent
- At least two years of working experience
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office with good skill in Data Processing using Excell
- Familiar with HRIS
- Well-organized and able to multitask in other operational human capital functions
- Having a good command of English is preferable
- Placement in Pulomas, East Jakarta
