We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Manager to lead and drive strategic people initiatives that support business growth. This role will focus on organizational development, talent management, performance management, and employee development programs to build a high-performing and sustainable workforce.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Capital Manager, HRBP Manager, Organization Development Manager, or similar role.
- Strong experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and Performance Management.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing employee and organizational development programs.
- Solid understanding of succession planning, competency frameworks, career path development, and employee engagement.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
Responsilibity:
- Develop and implement Human Capital strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Manage performance management processes, including KPI development, performance reviews, and improvement programs.
- Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee and leadership capabilities.
- Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations regarding organizational structure and workforce planning.
- Drive employee engagement and company culture initiatives to improve productivity and retention.
- Act as a strategic business partner to management on all people-related matters.
- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Monitor Human Capital trends and implement best practices across the organization.
- Ensure effective implementation of Human Capital policies and procedures.
