Job description for Human Capital Manager & General Affairs at PT Berserah Bersyukur Berusaha
- Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan, including wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive compensation rate
- Analyze personnel budget, realization, and measurement of its effectiveness (together with CFO for the unit of economic model)
- Manage and develop organizational structure to maintain fair compensation within Company
- Maintain and develop various Company's recruiting channel to foster
- Recruit, interview, test, and select candidates to fill vacant positions, including daily workers
- Manage hiring, terminations, promotions, and performance review
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals
- Mastering HR system, compensation & benefits strategy, grading system, job evaluation, salary structure design / Wage Scale, & performance management.
- Mastering organizational & people development.
- Have the ability to implement competence and talent in human resources, develop human resources and run a structured syllabus training.
- Ability to make Job Position and Recruitent test materials / use of psychological test kits.
- Ability to form Corporate Culture & Internal Value.
- Have the ability to design a HR Competency Matrix base on TNA (Training Need Analysis).
- Understand labor laws. Can do the settlement of labor problems internally and externally.
- Have Industrial Relations & Employees Relations skills.
- Have good interpersonal skills and communication.
