- Responsibilities:
- Assist in personnel administration, including inputting and updating employee personal data.
- Support Human Capital (HC) daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Support training and development administration, including data tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain and organize HC documents, files, and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to HC activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support HC processes and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- Strong administrative and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
- Willing to learn HC processes, including recruitment and employee development.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of employee data and company information.
- Available for a minimum internship period (3–6 months).
