Job description for HRIS Support (SMK) at PT Pro-Int Dinamika

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

- Memberikan dukungan kepada klien seperti bantuan teknis, pembuatan laporan, analisis data, serta koreksi jika diperlukan

- Bertanggung jawab atas dukungan fungsional dalam implementasi sistem HR

- Menyusun dan mendokumentasikan kebutuhan bisnis secara detail

- Mengidentifikasi solusi dari permasalahan yang ada dan memberikan masukan terhadap potensi risiko kepada tim Consultant

Kualifikasi:

- Minimal lulusan SMA/sederajat, diutamakan dari jurusan Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau Teknik Komputer

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, percaya diri dalam presentasi, dan mudah bergaul

- Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun mandiri
