Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources and General Affairs Supervisor (HRGA SPV), based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The HRGA SPV will handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves managing general affairs. Effective communication with team members and fostering a positive work culture are key aspects of the position. Additionally, the HRGA SPV will contribute to strategizing and implementing HR initiatives to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offering, and onboarding.
  • Support hiring needs across operational and head office positions.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, payroll administration, and other HR administrative documents.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
  • Assist in employee onboarding, probation tracking, and HR operational processes.
  • Support implementation of HR policies, internal communications, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support performance review and employee evaluation processes.
