About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and drive strategic HR initiatives that support business growth. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong generalist experience in the manufacturing industry who is passionate about developing people, strengthening organizational capability, and fostering positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Organization Development, Industrial Relations, and General Affairs.
- Partner with business leaders to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and people initiatives.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience as an HR Manager (Generalist).
- Strong background in Leadership Training, Recruitment, Organization Development, Industrial Relations, and General Affairs within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
