Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or General Affairs (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, and General Affairs functions.
- Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS regulations, and employment-related documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Good organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Description :
Human Resources (HR)
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and new employee onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR data is updated in the HRIS.
- Prepare and verify attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll supporting documents.
- Assist in implementing employee performance evaluations, training, and development programs.
- Handle HR administrative tasks, including employment documentation and employee disciplinary records.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies, SOPs, and applicable labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation for management and compliance purposes.
- Maintain industrial relation.
General Affairs (GA)
- Oversee office operations by managing office supplies, utilities, and workplace facilities.
- Maintain company asset records and monitor inventory to ensure proper control.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to support daily operational needs.
- Process for company and employee licenses, permits, and other administrative renewals.
- Assist in organizing company events, business travel arrangements, and accommodation logistics.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained working environment while supporting overall facility management.
