Job description for HRGA Generalist at Lintas Daya Group

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or General Affairs (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
  3. Strong understanding of HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, and General Affairs functions.
  4. Familiar with Indonesian Labor Law, BPJS regulations, and employment-related documentation.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is an advantage.
  6. Good organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  8. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  9. Able to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Willing to learn, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Description :

Human Resources (HR)

  1. Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and new employee onboarding.
  2. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR data is updated in the HRIS.
  3. Prepare and verify attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll supporting documents.
  4. Assist in implementing employee performance evaluations, training, and development programs.
  5. Handle HR administrative tasks, including employment documentation and employee disciplinary records.
  6. Ensure HR processes comply with company policies, SOPs, and applicable labor regulations.
  7. Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation for management and compliance purposes.
  8. Maintain industrial relation.

General Affairs (GA)

  1. Oversee office operations by managing office supplies, utilities, and workplace facilities.
  2. Maintain company asset records and monitor inventory to ensure proper control.
  3. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to support daily operational needs.
  4. Process for company and employee licenses, permits, and other administrative renewals.
  5. Assist in organizing company events, business travel arrangements, and accommodation logistics.
  6. Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained working environment while supporting overall facility management.
