Job description for HRGA Generalist at PT Emerhub Consulting Indonesia

Job description

Responsible for day-to-day HR and General Affairs operations. This role ensures the smooth functioning of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, training, employee relations) and general affairs tasks (office management, asset control, permits) to support the Company’s goals.

Human Resources (HR):

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process (posting jobs, screening, interviews, induction).
  • Maintain and update employee data and HRIS.
  • Payroll & HR Administration, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support employee relations and disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • Assist with HR policies, SOPs, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Support the performance appraisal process.

General Affairs (GA):

  • Manage office supplies, utilities, and general maintenance.
  • Maintain asset and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office needs (cleaning, security, service vendors, etc.).
  • Handle company licenses, permits, and renewals.
  • Support in organizing company events, travel, and accommodation logistics.
  • Ensure office safety, cleanliness, and facility management.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HRGA position.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR practices.
  • Managing end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of over 70 employees
  • Proficient in google suite, HRIS Talenta experience is an advantage.
  • Familiar with BPJS System, and tax (PPh 21) administration.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Familiar with Computer Suite.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and basic administrative tasks.
