Job description for HRD Recruitment Specialist at PT. JST SOFTWARE INDONESIA
Jobdesk and Responsibilities
- Create and report quarterly and annual recruitment plans.
- Create and publish job advertisements on various portals.
- Build relationships with prospective employees through professional groups on social media and at various events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish qualification criteria for prospective employees.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct phone screenings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Interview candidates in person for various roles (junior, senior, and executive).
- Track recruitment metrics including time to hire, time to fill, and recruitment source.
- Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Achive Target for Recruitment Candidate in every Month
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or a related field.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection (Experience as a VOS / Software recruiter is an added value)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and an understanding of recruitment performance metrics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of various recruitment platforms and channels.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of employment laws and ethical recruitment practices.
