Job description for HRD Recruitment Specialist at PT. JST SOFTWARE INDONESIA

Jobdesk and Responsibilities

  • Create and report quarterly and annual recruitment plans.
  • Create and publish job advertisements on various portals.
  • Build relationships with prospective employees through professional groups on social media and at various events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to establish qualification criteria for prospective employees.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct phone screenings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
  • Interview candidates in person for various roles (junior, senior, and executive).
  • Track recruitment metrics including time to hire, time to fill, and recruitment source.
  • Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Achive Target for Recruitment Candidate in every Month

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection (Experience as a VOS / Software recruiter is an added value)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and an understanding of recruitment performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of various recruitment platforms and channels.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Understanding of employment laws and ethical recruitment practices.
