Join our team and lead strategic human resources and general affairs operations to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and HR administration
- Supervise General Affairs functions including office operations, asset management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal regulations
- Handle employee engagement, disciplinary processes, and organizational development
- Manage BPJS, legal permits, company documentation, and operational support
- Develop HR & GA SOPs to improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in HRD & GA roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, payroll systems, and HR operations
- Leadership experience in supervising teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS Talenta systems
- Experience in industrial, energy, or corporate sectors preferred
