About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and employees in achieving organizational goals. This role will act as a trusted advisor to management, driving people initiatives, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective HR strategies
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, employee development, and retention programs.
- Collaborate with managers to enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Identify training and development needs and support learning initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement and culture-building programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Act as a change agent to support business transformation and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, HR Operations, or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS platforms.
- Experience in supporting business units and working closely with leadership teams is preferred.
