About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and employees in achieving organizational goals. This role will act as a trusted advisor to management, driving people initiatives, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective HR strategies
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, employee development, and retention programs.
  • Collaborate with managers to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Identify training and development needs and support learning initiatives.
  • Lead employee engagement and culture-building programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Act as a change agent to support business transformation and organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, HR Operations, or a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS platforms.
  • Experience in supporting business units and working closely with leadership teams is preferred.
