Job description for HR Supervisor at Pt. Gemintang Karya Digital
- Minimum 28 years old
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / HR Management (preferred)
- Experience: at least 2 years in the same position (as HR Supervisor) and in the e-commerce industry (preferred)
- Have the ability to implement and build KPIs from each dept. and individual
- Have initiative, exercise good judgment, and take appropriate action when necessary;
- Have the ability to create reports, presentations, spreadsheets, general word processing, etc.
- Can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Familiar with using HR software / HRIS (Talenta preferred)
- Can speak English well (oral and written)
- Implement and supervise all operational activities in the HR Dept. in an end-to-end manner from the recruitment process, employee induction, onboarding & offboarding.
- Manage and supervise daily and monthly HR administration activities (such as petty cash, attendance recapitulation, overtime, calculation of salaries, compensation, and benefits, BPJS, and taxes).
- Assisting in developing KPIs for each Dept. and Individual
- Assist in communicating measurement standards and key performance indicators to all employees of the Company.
- Provide assistance as needed to relevant dept. in order to improve performance effectively and efficiently.
- Periodically review and update performance parameters in the context of measuring and evaluating performance.
- Conduct regular evaluations of HR policies and processes in relation to changes in the Company's objectives and business.
- Build connections with all employees in each dept. to understand the needs and problems that occur to encourage a better Company culture.
