Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Understanding of labor laws
- Having experience in Japanese company or ability to speak Japanese is an advantages
