Jobs Description :
- Act as PIC for end-to-end outsourcing project management
- Manage manpower planning, mobilization, and workforce deployment based on project needs
- Coordinate closely with clients regarding manpower requirements, on-site issues, and reporting
- Ensure employee administration (contracts, attendance, payroll, BPJS, etc.) is properly managed
- Handle employee relations, including complaint handling and disciplinary matters
- Monitor employee performance and ensure project SLA/KPI achievement
- Prepare regular reports related to manpower, cost, and project progress
- Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, payroll, finance) to ensure smooth project operations
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in outsourcing or manpower services
- Proven experience as Project PIC or handling clients directly
- Strong understanding of HR operations: recruitment, payroll, attendance, and industrial relations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to travel / visit project sites
- Fluent in English is mandatory (both spoken and written)
