Job description for HR Staff at Aidea Indonesia
- Conduct recruitment process for new hire (including job posting, screening & reviewing , scheduling and coordinating interview)
- Issue offering letter of assessment for new empoyee candidate
- Establish contract candidates to be submitted
- Handle and monitor employees’ database in system : end contract period, probation period, updating database for all employee’s status/level change
- Handle administrative processes related to payment of employee salary, overtime, actuary calculation, attendance records
- Handle administrative processes related to registration and updating of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Medical Reimbursement
- Proven experience for at least 1-2 years as HR officer, or other HR position, preferable in production house or relavant fields
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ethics and reliability
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices is a must
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, problem solver, analytical thinker, strong in leadership
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Understanding of data confidentiality management
