Job description for HR Specialist (Recruitment) at Recruit Express Pte Ltd
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities from candidates sourcing, interviews, offer managements to onboarding arrangements
- Drive recruitment innovation to achieve market leadership in talent attraction;
- Partner with business leaders to determine hiring needs, anticipate talents needs and fill key roles;
- Explore and examine potential recruitment channels for effective hiring
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates
- Screening and selection of suitable candidates within reasonable timeframes to present short lists to management, which may include the use of psychometric tests to determine suitability of candidates as well as initial interviews;
- Conduct reference check on candidates
- Negotiate salary offers
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
- Preferably with interest in dealing with people
