Min. S1 Psikologi/Manajemen SDM
Menguasai teknik interview BEI
Menguasai cara instruksi alat tes
Memiliki ketertarikan di bidang Food & Beverage (F&B)
Dapat bergabung secepatnya
Fresh graduate dipersilahkan melamar
Bersedia ditempatkan di Green Lake City, Cipondoh -Tangerang

Responsibilities:

Merancang dan melakukan job posting di berbagai platform
Screening & selecting CV sesuai dengan requirements yang dibutuhkan
Menginstruksikan alat tes serta melaksanakan interview
Mengatur jadwal interiview dengan user dan divisi terkait
Melakukan tugas administratif seperti, mengelola database karyawan, inventaris, dsb-nya
