Job description for HR - Recruitment Specialist at Flyman Nathalie
- Do end to end recruitment process ( job posting, screening, psychological test, interview, and offering)
- Support managers in recruitment process and ensures that recruitment process is followed
- Build relationship with campus or vendor outsource and develops creative sourcing techniques
- Perform various administrative tasks and support the recruitment team’s daily activities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to confirm their needs and align it with business objectives
- Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources management/ psychology or equivalent
- Have knowledge in Psychological Test Administration
- Min 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Good problem solving, analytical skill, communication skill
