Job Descriptions:
- Assist in posting job vacancies across various channels, including JobStreet, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Screen resumes and applications to ensure they meet the requirements of the position.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the coordination and execution of both online and offline interviews.
- Manage applicant data and maintain the candidate pipeline efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks and prepare and compile weekly reports on recruitment progress and activities.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Management, or other related field.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Interested in people management and recruitment.
