Job description for HR People Engagement and Culture at PT. Mganik Grup Mitra Indonesia
- Manage On-boarding and Off-Boarding process of employees
- Collaborate with management to plan a long-term goals for company culture
- Create, Plan and Implement various engagement activities
- Work on internal projects to create a compelling stories for engagement and company culture
- Oversee cultural and employee programs and activities
- Ensure best practice in company culture and values for employees
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Maintain a good impressions and engagement on company's social media
- Expand the communication network to support community partnerships, events and workshops
- Age maximum of 27 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Communication or Visual Design fields
- Fluent in English and Bahasa both verbal and written is a MUST
- Preferably 1 years of experience in Engagement and Culture
- Fresh Graduates are Welcomed!
- Interest in Startup company
- Active in organizations in-campus or off-campus
- Have a great project management skills
- Good eye for creativity and tech savvy
- Good interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Good social media and communication skills
- Preferably from Jakarta Barat, Tangerang Selatan or Tangerang Kota area
