Job description for HR Manager at Asa Ren Pte Ltd
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Manage assessment programs to evaluate employees performance and create a good carrier path for all employees
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Manage and supervise in the usage of company's inventory
- Supervise the General Affairs duties
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or equivalent
- Experience in human resources or related fields
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Through knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- A minimum of four years of human resources experience
