Job description for HR MANAGER at Mitra Talent Service
- Conduct the recruitment process and strategy.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, medical benefit plans (BPJS) , employee services, and employee relations.
- Design learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Handles discipline or termination of employees by counseling and coaching in accordance with company policy.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
- Develop & update job specification and description
- Create and update job description, KPI and provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related fields
- Have minimum of 4 years experience as an HR Manager/ HR Generalist
- Excellent communication skills and highly organized person.
- Superior interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations would be an advantage.
- Self-starter, can do attitude, and enjoy people interaction.
- Data driven person with strong analytics, Microsoft Office Excel savvy, and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Live in Bali and willing to be place in Gianyar
