Job description for HR MANAGER at Mitra Talent Service
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, medical benefit plans (BPJS) , employee services, and employee relations.
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Gather, analyze, and provide any HR data.
- Maintain employees and HR-related files.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage payroll process.
- Monitor GA activities.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc).
- Conduct the recruitment process and strategy.
- Develop & update job specification and description.
Candidate Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related fields
- Have minimum of 4 years experience as an HR Manager/ HR Generalist
- Excellent communication skills and highly organized person.
- Superior interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations would be an advantage.
- Self-starter, can do attitude, and enjoy people interaction.
- Data driven person with strong analytics, Microsoft Office Excel savvy, and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
