Job description for HR Junior Executive at Marathon Education
- Recruitment:
- Partner with cross functions to review recruitment requests, post jobs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interview schedules, and manage candidate communications.
- Keep track of candidate and recruitment status by building, improving and updating data dashboards.
- Employee data management:
- Manage employee data and HR documentation with high accuracy, efficiency, and abiding by legal standards.
- Support employee contract and payroll processes.
- 4th year university students or fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Relevant experience in HR and/or strong career aspirations in HR.
- Detail-oriented.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Fluent written and spoken English is a plus.
- Directly participate in the company's strategic plan development.
