SenseTime is a leading artificial intelligence company. We are looking for an HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks, providing hands-on exposure to HR processes in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system coordination
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and employee data maintenance
- Support payroll coordination and internal HR trackers (e.g. Excel)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors when required
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
- Undergraduate student pursuing Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and administrative work
- Good communication skills and professionalism
- Able to commit for the internship duration
