Job description for HR Intern at Accelerasia
What a typical day looks like:
- Support the HR Manager with our hiring activies:
- Utilise LinkedIn, Job Platforms, and research methods to source passive candidates
- Initiate phone screening with applicants, referrals and other interested candidates.
- Together with the HR Manager, you will evaluate the candidate’s qualification requirements to progress them to the next steps.
- Ensure that the recruitment process is followed through from job postings, scheduling and consolidating feedback.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Assist the HR Manager, with the utmost confidentiality, in all HR-related matters such as maintaining records, and preparing documents.
- Provide administrative support to the team
The Super Intern:
- Has Diploma/Degree in the relevant field.
- Has at least 1 year of experience; preferably in HR Admin and/or Recruitment environment
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth technology driven environment.
- Is meticulous, organised and detail oriented.
- Is proactive in taking initiative in daily tasks.
- Is able to commit at least 6 months.
