Job description for HR Intern at Alpha Ladder Group
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced fintech environment. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions — including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR programs. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that help us build a high-performing and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documents and induction materials.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, documentation, and filing.
- Support leave management, attendance tracking, and HR system updates.
3. Employee Engagement & Communications
- Help plan and organize employee engagement activities, town halls, and wellness programs.
- Draft internal communications and announcements.
- Support initiatives that strengthen company culture and enhance employee experience.
4. Policy & Process Support
- Assist in reviewing and publishing HR policies and procedures on the company intranet.
- Participate in HR process improvement and digitization projects.
5. Others (if applicable)
- Coordinate training sessions and learning activities.
- Track and compile training attendance and feedback.
- Participate in any other HR programs.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at a reputable university, with a good academic record (GPA ≥ 3.3/4.0 or ≥ 4.0/5.0 preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness.
- Proficient in data analysis and HR reporting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, and a fast learner with a passion for HR and fintech.
