Assist HRM in daily functions of the HR department, includes but not limited to:
● Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with labor regulations, maintain employee files
and records in electronic and paper form
● Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in
human resources, talent management, and employment law.
● Administer compensation and benefit plans
● Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
● Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
and resolve any issues that may arise
● Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
● Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
● Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates, etc
● Organize annual employee performance reviews
● Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
● Deliver a consistent approach to all internal communications, improve the way we listen to, communicate, engage and motivate staff
● Performs other duties as assigned.
● Graduated/Senior student in human resource management or related field.
● Being able to work full time and can commit an internship time of at least 6 months
● Proactive, able to handle multi-tasks with appropriate priority.
● Working knowledge of MS Office or database systems.
● Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
● Detail oriented person.
● Be flexible and keen to learn
● Openly share new ideas and information with other team members.
● Love to work with people, having experiences in recruitment is a big plus
● Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
